Terms and Conditions
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Orders are accepted on a Full Container Load (FCL) basis. The minimum order is 1 × 20’ container, which may consist of mixed items with a maximum of 10 product types.
2. Sample Policy
Samples are available upon request and are charged at 1.5× the normal production price, with no minimum quantity. We do not provide free samples to protect design originality and prevent unfair business practices, including copying for production elsewhere.
3. Price Terms
All prices are quoted under FOB (Free On Board) terms from Indonesia.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are made via Telegraphic / SWIFT Wire Transfer (T/T).
- A 50% down payment is required to start production.
- The remaining 50% balance must be settled after the container is loaded and the final invoice is issued.
- Original shipping documents will be released after full payment is received.
5. Custom Design Orders
We accept custom design development. Our design team will assist in converting your concept into production-ready products. Development timelines may vary depending on design complexity.
6. Production Lead Time
Production timelines depend on product type and order status:
- Prototype development: approximately 2 weeks
- New item production: 90–120 days
- Repeat orders: 75–90 days
