The Story
From Natural Rattan to Handcrafted Living Pieces
Rattanaa is a family-owned Indonesian manufacturer and supplier specializing in handcrafted natural rattan furniture and home décor for global wholesale buyers. Operating under our officially registered company, PT Otentik Karsa Nusantara, we blend professional global trade practices with a deeply personal commitment to our craft.
The name Rattanaa is derived from “Rattan” and “Natura,” symbolizing the perfect harmony between nature and human craftsmanship. Our story begins with carefully selected natural materials, brought to life by skilled artisans in Cirebon, West Java, a region globally renowned for its long and rich tradition of rattan weaving.
As a family business, we take immense pride in our heritage and hands-on approach. With both our workshop and export office based in Cirebon, we maintain direct oversight of our entire production process. Using traditional techniques, our artisans shape and weave each piece by hand with patience, precision, and deep respect for the material. This seamless combination of authentic artistry and strict quality control ensures that every piece we deliver carries strong construction, timeless design, and a unique character.
